If we don't meet our commitment, you get a $25 refund! Not a credit or a gift card, you get REAL MONEY in your pocket!

How does it work?

Our commitment is that if we don't deliver in the number of business days we stated when you purchased, we will give you a $25 refund on your order. To calculate, count the specified number of days from the day the order was placed. Below are some examples.

3 Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 3 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Thursday.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 3 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Wednesday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 3 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Thursday.

2 Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 2 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Wednesday.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 2 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Tuesday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 2 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Wednesday.

Next Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a Next Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Tuesday.
  • An order placed on Friday with a Next Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a Next Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Tuesday.

Same Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a Same Day Delivery commitment should arrive by the end of the day Monday when placed before 12pm.
  • An order placed on a Monday with a Same Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Tuesday morning of the following when purchased after 12pm.

1 Week Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 1 Week Delivery Commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 1 Week Delivery commitment should arrive by Friday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 1 Week Delivery commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.

4 Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 4 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Friday.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 4 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Thursday following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 4 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Friday.

5 Day Delivery Examples

  • An order placed on a Monday with a 5 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by the Monday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Friday with a 5 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Friday of the following week.
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday with a 5 Day Delivery commitment should arrive by Monday of the following week.

Do all orders qualify for the $25 refund?

  • Only orders for participating brands qualify for the $25 refund (check the brand or product page to verify if your item qualifies).
  • An order must total $200 or more to receive the $25 refund.
  • Orders under $200 can receive a $10 refund.
  • Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are not eligible for the delivery incentive at this time.
  • Refunds cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
  • Orders that have to ship via Freight Truck are not eligible for the delivery incentive. Freight shipments can take 3-7 days for delivery and usually require a delivery appointment.
  • Same Day Orders over 50 pounds will NOT be eligible.

Does the refund apply to each item that was late?

Only (1) delivery incentive refund can be issued per order. The delivery incentive is on a per order basis, not per item.

If I cancel or return my order, do I still get the refund?

The delivery incentive is not applicable on returned or cancelled items. If we previously issued the delivery incentive, we would credit back whatever the remainder of your order total is. Refunds cannot exceed the originally charged amount.

Do holidays and weekends count as business days?

Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Business days are Monday - Friday (Excluding holidays).

Does the Delivery Incentive Program apply to all shipping destinations?

At this time, Alaska, Hawaii, and some parts of Canada are not eligible for the delivery incentive credits.
